Design Concept

The Flaming Parrot is part of the tulip family.  Intense and blazing, the flower represents a persistent creative spirit; it is like fire but also like a song, like a splendid dance, mesmerizing and enchanting.  Listen to a heart freed from restraint.  No matter when or where, exhibit your individuality and pride.

Difficulties of the Twice-fired Technique

The joined flower and leaf in the design come together to form a seamless circle.  Although the technical difficulties are great, it ensures the fluidity of the final product and a harmonious union.  Atop a branch, a flower blows in the breeze while visible creases and folds enhance the petals.  Capturing the moment of a perfect spring breeze, this is more a product of nature than of human hands.

火鹦鹉是郁金香的一种，又称热情鹦鹉，热情、奔放。热烈绚烂，象征不顾一切的创作意志，昭示生命燃烧的热情。热烈绚烂，似火似歌，似一袭华服翩翩起舞，令人目眩神迷。听从内心的指引，没有拘束，无论何时何地，展现独世傲然的姿态。

二次烧制的技法难点

作品中，花与叶构成的外圆是经巧妙接驳，二次烧制而成，难度极高；然而，这保证了最终的作品线条流畅，浑然一体。花在枝头迎风招展，花瓣带着褶皱，仿若春风初动的一刻，作品竟似自然天成，而非人力雕琢。在该件作品的创作中，为表现道法自然的理念，艺术家几易其稿，持续的创作热情，如同作品，生机盎然。
