Design Concept
From Where Do These Eight Auspicious Offerings Come?
The Eight Auspicious Offerings of Buddhism, the world’s mightiest protectors, is comprised of the following: precious umbrella, pair of golden fish, vase of treasure, lotus flower, white conch, auspicious diagram, victory banner and dharma wheel.
It is written in sutras that on his path to enlightenment, Buddha was bestowed many tributes - the Eight Auspicious Offerings was one.
◆ The dharma wheel, a succession of generations, fulfillment in perpetuity. It represents the ability to control all and to grasp the crux of success. The dharma wheel symbolizes Buddha’s footprints; constant practice of turning the dharma wheel will deliver Buddha to all sentient beings.
◆ Overwhelmed:
Stick to what you love - and you will never be made a fool. When friends chase name and fortune without second thought, I find myself still searching, a protector of my dreams. Is that laughable? Not at all.
Dreams are an understanding of life, an expectancy. I have a lot of dreams. The dharma wheel is a blessing. The wheel’s persistence, the axle’s inheritance, emits heat, light, energy and faith. Let us believe in our dreams.
It is the root of success, it is the root of happiness and fulfillment.
八吉祥，何处来？
八吉祥，佛教的八项法器，是世间最强大的护佑力量。
殊胜宝伞，吉祥双鱼，如意宝瓶，悦意妙莲, 悦音海螺，圆满盘长，不朽胜幢，自在金轮
佛经记载，佛陀在成就佛境后，天上献上种种贡品，八吉祥即为当中一种。
◆ 宝轮，代代相续，圆满常在，象征可以控制一切，掌握成功的关键力量。宝轮，代表佛足，表示佛广度众生，常转法轮。
◆ 《阻力重重》时的对境：
坚持所爱，会是傻子吗？当朋友一无反顾的往前追名逐利，我还在追寻，还在固守梦想，可笑吗？其实一点也不。梦想，是因为对生命有理解，对生命有期待，对生命还有许多的梦。
宝轮是一项祝福。轮的坚持，轴的相续，有热，有光，有能量，有信仰，让我们相信，心里有梦，是成功的开始，是圆满的开始。
