Design Description
This design features a tiger ascending a mountainous peak, mighty and ferocious. It calls out to the other animals with a roar, announcing its rightful place as king. From raised fur to tongue, the tiger’s power comes through in the sculpture. The sculptural realism connects with the viewer, igniting the tiger within. Under its mighty paws is a ruyi, an ancient Chinese symbol of auspiciousness and hope. The ruyi’s unique and elegant shape is often found in Chinese art. LIULI combines traditional Chinese totems with realism as a blessing for a mighty, prolific and benevolent new year.
老虎作为猛兽，深刻影响著人类社会。有时，它更像一位老师，教会人类遇到目标时专注，追逐目标时勇猛，达到目的后沉稳。若要以一种材质形容这位老师，琉璃在合适不过了。琉璃经过1400多度高温淬炼，如同虎在野外忍受著残酷的自然环境；琉璃淬炼完成精细打磨，熠熠生辉，也如同虎在每一次捕猎前细心观察、高度专注，最后一气呵成，胜利而归。老虎脚下是如意造型，象徵新一年如意顺心，万事亨通的吉象寓意。
