LIULI artists’ inspiration for this whimsical piece comes from the very simple yet often overlooked philosophies of “stopping to smell the roses.” Despite the simplicity in the artwork, great attention has been paid to the detail and coloring methods. 樹蛙与蝸牛─生命的对话：

青蛙只生长在好山好水的土地，蝸牛也是，看起來平凡无奇的两个生命，正在对話，就像是对生命的歌颂与礼赞。

荷葉─生动搖曳：

青蛙底下的荷叶，好像被风吹拂一般，荷叶边波浪扰动，充滿生机。叶面的纹路则需耗时費工，將叶脈的分布形态、皺褶及细毛的肌理，一一呈现，与青蛙身上的光滑及骨感形成有趣的对比。

作品造型上以圆形象徵月亮的意象，立於荷叶上的青蛙，遙望著在芦苇上的蝸牛，形成一种趣味。
「荷」也象徵「和谐」、「和气」之意，闔家都和气；
「荷」也有「合」收納之意，內凹的荷叶能夠聚好气、聚福气。
