Design Concept
Inspired by the vivid poetic imagery of classic Chinese poet Li Bai, this auspicious rooster stands boldly on a cliff and sings a warm invitation to a new sun. LIULI glass artists skillfully manipulate crystal and space in this design to bring out the golden halo of the sun, radiating rays of light, and colorful layers of gradients in the subject. Representing a warm welcome and daybreak, this art piece pays homage to the Chinese heavenly rooster.
金鸡为报晓雄鸡的美称，在一轮朝阳中，犹如丹凤朝阳，沐浴金色阳光; 昂首高歌，一轮金辉正从远处冉冉升起，令人想起大诗人李白那句『半壁见海日，空中闻天鸡』的奇逸美景。 作品设计上，一轮金辉象征日出时刻，剔透的琉纹向四周发散，仿佛光芒四射。雄鸡全身呈现有层次的渐变色彩；从鸡冠到颈部采用定色法，从深红色到金琥色，表现日出过程中光彩的变化，寓意迎接新年第一道阳光。红橙黄绿最后展开一轮金辉，昂首挺胸的姿态充分展现日出下的绝世芳华，致敬自信美丽的新时代人们。
